Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Goods can be delivered within Germany, the European Union and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We do not charge shipping costs.

International deliveries:

Shipping costs within the European Union based on total weight (prices include statutory VAT):

– Up to 0.5 kg: EUR 6.99
– Over 0.5 kg and up to 1 kg: EUR 12.99
– Over 1 kg and up to 5 kg: EUR 19.99
– Over 5 kg and up to 20 kg: EUR 29.99
– Over 20 kg: EUR 39.99

Worldwide shipping costs based on total weight (prices include statutory VAT):

– Up to 0.5 kg: EUR 9.99
– Over 0.5 kg and up to 1 kg: EUR 19.99
– Over 1 kg and up to 2 kg: EUR 29.99
– Over 2 kg and up to 5 kg: EUR 44.99
– Over 5 kg and up to 10 kg: EUR 79.99
– Over 10 kg and up to 20 kg: EUR 99.99
– Over 20 kg and up to 25 kg: EUR 119.99
– Over 25 kg: EUR 199.99

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes or charges. These are payable to the competent customs or tax authorities, rather than to the supplier. Customers are advised to contact the relevant customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order.

The following rates apply to the shipment of bulky goods by freight carrier:

Shipping within Germany: free of charge

Shipping within Europe: EUR 199.99 (including statutory VAT)

Bulky goods are identified as such in the product description.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within 2–3 days for deliveries within Germany and within 3–9 days for international deliveries following conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, following the date on which you issue your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
