Elica Induction Cooktop with Downdraft Extractor – 78 cm Cooktop with Downdraft Fan

The Elica induction cooktop with integrated downdraft extractor combines powerful induction cooking with an efficient cooktop extractor. Instead of a separate range hood, steam and cooking odors are extracted directly at the cooktop. The integrated downdraft fan thus creates more free space above the cooking surface and is ideal for modern kitchens, kitchen islands, and open-plan living kitchens.

With a width of 78 cm, the Elica cooktop offers four induction cooking zones. Two cooking zones with Ø 160 mm each provide up to 1.4 kW, while two large cooking zones with Ø 200 mm reach up to 3.0 kW with a booster. A total of 9 power levels plus booster are available.

Convenient Operation with Touch Control and Slider

The Elica induction cooktop is conveniently controlled via touch control and slider. Functions such as Warming Mode, Stop&Go, Safe Activation, and Timer assist with daily cooking. A residual heat indicator, safety shut-off, and child-lock function ensure additional safety.

Integrated Elica Downdraft Extractor with up to 580 m³/h

The downdraft extractor integrated directly into the cooktop offers four power levels and an intensive level, achieving a maximum extraction rate of 580 m³/h. The extraction speed is approximately 5.1 m/s.

With Autocapture, the cooktop extractor can be controlled to match the cooking process. Further functions such as Delay Switch Off, Maintenance Alarm, and Comfort Silence enhance operating convenience. The sound level ranges between 43 and 61 dB(A) depending on the power level.

Easy Maintenance – Easy to Clean

The Elica cooktop is also designed for comfortable handling when cleaning. The liquid collection tray is fully removable and can be easily cleaned. An aluminum grease filter is already included. The Easy-Maintenance design simplifies regular care of the cooktop extractor.

Installation and Ducted Operation

The Elica cooktop with downdraft extractor can be installed either surface-mounted or flush with the worktop. For installation, a base cabinet at least 80 cm wide is required. The worktop cut-out measures 750 x 490 mm.

The integrated downdraft extractor is designed for ducted operation. The extracted air is led outdoors via an exhaust system. A separately available exhaust pipe is required for this. A set with connection nozzles for standard installation is already included.
