The reverse function is also a highlight of this device. The 3 perforated discs and the stainless steel cross blades ensure a fine, medium or coarse result. The food is fed into the metal auger via the feeding tray and food pusher, which then propels it to the sharp blades of the cross knife and the selected perforated disc. The device has a safety switch and non-slip rubber feet for a secure stand. A sausage and a kebbe attachment are also included.
